Acceptable Use & Account Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use & Account Policy applies to everyone who uses PromptMint, operated by [Your registered business / proprietor name]. It forms part of, and is enforced under, our Terms & Conditions. If any conduct here is also covered by the Terms, both apply.

2. Your account

To keep the Service fair and secure, you agree that:

• you will register with accurate details and keep them up to date;
• you are responsible for everything done under your account;
• you will keep your password secure and not share your login;
• you will use one account per person or business, and will not create additional accounts to claim extra free mints or evade a limit, suspension, or ban; and
• you will tell us at madmarketingclub@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, rented, or transferred without our written consent.

3. Permitted use

PromptMint is built to help you create prompts and content for genuine ecommerce and marketing use — product imagery briefs, listings, social posts, and SEO outlines. You may use the outputs for your own lawful purposes, including commercially, subject to our Terms and the rules below.

4. Content you must not create

You must not use the Service to generate, promote, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal goods, services, or activity;
• infringes anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, including passing off counterfeit goods or misusing another brand;
• is false, deceptive, or misleading advertising, or makes claims you cannot substantiate;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination;
• is sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material — strictly prohibited, always reported;
• exploits, endangers, or targets minors;
• promotes self-harm, dangerous, or seriously harmful activities; or
• contains malware, or facilitates fraud, scams, or phishing.

You are responsible for what you input and for how you use every output.

5. Conduct you must not engage in

You must not:

• access or use the Service through bots, scripts, scraping, or other automated means, except as we expressly allow;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with mint limits, usage limits, security, or authentication;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or resell the Service, its builders, templates, or design;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security, without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service or its infrastructure (for example, denial-of-service style activity);
• use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to mass-generate content in a way that abuses "unlimited" or fair-use provisions; or
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Monitoring and reporting

We do not routinely monitor your inputs, but we may review activity to keep the Service secure, investigate suspected abuse, and comply with the law, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you see misuse of the Service, report it to madmarketingclub@gmail.com and we will look into it.

7. Enforcement and consequences

If you break this policy or our Terms, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

• issuing a warning;
• removing content or reducing your access;
• suspending or temporarily restricting your account;
• banning or permanently terminating your account; and
• reporting to the authorities where the law requires or the conduct is serious.

We aim to act proportionately, but serious violations — such as illegal content, security attacks, or fraud — may result in immediate termination without notice. A ban or termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Questions and appeals

If your account is restricted or you believe we acted in error, contact us at madmarketingclub@gmail.com or via our contact page. Tell us your account email and what happened, and we will review it fairly and respond.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use PromptMint after a change means you accept the updated policy.
